Had one appointment for a cleaning and consultation with the dentist was in rush myself and the dental assistance had to point out an issue he missed because it seems he only glanced at my x ray for a second and never again. Then I never heard back about the next procedure. Even called and emailed with nothing returned. Then they send a letter how it's been 2 years and they hope I'm doing OK. Dr. Perez does great implant dentistry and the staff is super nice!
As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist, this one's great. They talk you through everything they're doing. They don't do things they don't deem necessary. They're kind and friendly. They're thorough but patient, and they listen to any concerns. Would highly recommend dr. Perez to anyone.
