Good clean, safe medical centre
Fantastic clinic. Nurses offered to give baby jabs both at the same time (less crying) which I now learned is not commonplace Doctors very professional and knowledgeable
Rude, abrupt and aggressive reception staff who don’t care one bit about patient confidentiality. On the other hand, the medical staff are great. They are thorough, professional and easy to communicate with.
Staff at the Reception are always helpful, doctors at this practice are respectable and always aid in whatever ways possible.
Disappointing Experience with Poor Management !!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience at Port Curtis Medical Centre, primarily due to the poor management and unprofessional behavior of their finance manager. I was appalled by the discriminatory attitude, which extended even toward my 6-month-old baby—a deeply upsetting and unacceptable experience.
