Have attended this Practice since moving to Gladstone 3 years ago. Its a factory. Is lacking what a doctor's surgery should have as the basic requirement. A friendly and warm welcome which never happens at reception. Even the doctors that have treated me have been mostly cold and unwelcoming. You get the impression from the doctors and reception that they do what they have to and move you on as soon as possible so they can get the next person in and get more money asap.
