I attended one of the public skating hours (Fun Skate) offered here on a Sunday. One of the staff members (an older white lady) made comments at me that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable as a visible minority. 1) She asked me a question, I misheard and said no, and then she got frustrated and implied that I need to learn English.
