This was my first visit to this clinic and my first time getting my ear wax cleaned - the experience from start to finishing was nothing short of profesisonal, comfortable, and informative. Denise at the front desk was her kind and courteous, and Dario was incredible through it all - I can hear so much clearer now and was well guided with information through it all. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Denise and Dario for your service!
I got my earwax removed and the experience was just unreal. The procedure was done very quickly and the doctor was making sure to triple check my ear was fully clean as well as testing my hearing. He is very kind and professional who definitely knows what he is doing. Thank you so much!
Dario is such a calming presence and he took the time to answer my questions and gave helpful tips as well. He does not rush you at all and takes the time to get to know his patients. Highly recommended and definitely would go to them from now on.
I would highly recommend port credit Audiology. First from calling in to book an appointment, they were able to accommodate our last minute request. Denise at the front desk is friendly and professional. Dario has been absolutely professional, patient and supportive. My daughter had several bad experiences with earwax removal so he was understanding and very patient with her. He kept us informed with all the options we have. Thank you for your service.
