I took my 5 year old daughter to Port Credit Audiology as I was concerned about her hearing. She was very apprehensive and Dario was so patient and easy going with her. He managed to do a full assessment and cleaned out her ears, which made all the difference in her hearing. He is excellent with kids. Highly recommend and would take my whole family to see him. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful.
Dario and his team are super professional! I went in for ear wax removal because of muffled hearing and discomfort. The removal was easy and painless. The facilities are spotless and modern. I 100% recommend Port Credit Audiology!
I went in for wax removal and the level of service was exceptional. Dario was caring and professional. He addressed all my concerns and explained each step of the process. his thoroughness made all the difference. I left noticing a huge improvement. grateful I made an appointment. Update: I came back a second time and was even better- saw the before and after of my ears which was great and really made sure I understood!
I had an AMAZING experience at Port Credit Audiology & Hearing Aid Clinic. After a very frustrating experience at another clinic, I came here and the difference was unbelievable. The doctor immediately understood my issue and even pointed out how incorrect the previous diagnosis was. This was my first visit to this clinic and my first time getting my ear wax cleaned - the experience from start to finishing was nothing short of profesisonal, comfortable, and informative. Denise at the front desk was her kind and courteous, and Dario was incredible through it all - I can hear so much clearer now and was well guided with information through it all.
