Pretty good car wash. The bays can handle anything up to 7' 2" which means its truck friendly. Good quality wash.
Horrible experience all around. Back window on vehicle was only cleaned halfway after going through the wash, it was never touched by water or the machine. I had purchased a pack of washes prior to going in and requested a refund for the remaining washes afterwards. Customer service is a joke here- literally. The attendant was fine but the „manager” refused a return, was incredibly rude, flippant and provided no option aside from having someone manually was my window when I came thru. Best wash in Portsmouth! Got the $18 package and our car came out great! Dryers are really impressive, some of the best I’ve seen at any wash. Highly recommend!
