Absolutely shocking customer service at Port City Primary Care Clinic. I was astounded by their lack of consideration for patients' needs. I arrived for my appointment only to be turned away because I hadn’t completed forms beforehand. It felt like they were more focused on rigid policies than on actually helping patients. To make matters worse, the receptionist—who seemed to take pride in her long lashes—was incredibly hostile.
