Dr. Rasika Whitesell is extremely professional and thorough! She made me feel comfortable and is such a great person. Kind and respectful.
Dr. Rasika Whitesell is hands down, the best Optometrist I've ever seen. First of all, she's so cool :) She is kind and sincerely caring. Dr. Whitesell also takes the time to answer and fully explain any questions you may have. She doesn't force any procedures on you or try to make you feel bad for choosing not to have them, like so many others do. Her practice is small and private, and this lends to the serene vibe there. Dr. Whitesell was very professional and thorough. I have no personal issue with her. My mistake was going to wmart for an eye exam in the first place. I guess it’s habit which is my fault. I needed help with an online glasses order and her response was basically “too bad,” claiming not to have “the machine” for a measurement that is part of an eye exam, in a section that was left blank.
