Had a great experience refinancing from an FHA to a conventional loan to remove my mortgage insurance early. Rob, Amy and Haley worked with us through the whole mortgage process even through a couple of changes in our situation and through three different homes under contract. If there was a zero star I would have marked it. We have purchased and sold many homes over the years but dealing with this company has been a nightmare. We were not even the the buyers but the sellers and after three months of waiting and waiting for the company to get things finalized-we find out they didn't even know the regulations regarding the loan our buyers were applying for. I wouldn't wish this service on my worst enemy.
