Called to see if a scooter was in stock, owner had one left and said he could put it aside for me without a deposit/hold/anything. Drove up there and had the scooter home in hours. They were great, I would recommend them to anyone and will surely be back

I highly recommend this shop. I purchased a used Honda Ruckus and was on my 1st ride to PickNPay aka Hanafords. Came out of store and my scooter would not start, much to my dismay. I pushed it to the shop and the owner stopped what he was doing... and immediately fixed my scooter! I drove away a happy scooter fan of Port City Mopeds.
My Segway moped stopped working a month after the warranty. Henry spent time trying to get Segway to help. They would not-but someone came in who badly crashed their moped(same type) and Henry was able to change out the dashboard and get mine running again. I doubt I would have received this kind of service anywhere else. I highly recommend Port City and Henry.
