***Update*** Went to the Moncton KIA (July 28th, 2025) and the didn't fix anything I asked for (key fob and there is a lose bolt in the front passenger door) ------------------------------------ My partner and I bought a 2020 KIA Soul EX from Saint John Kia, and the team there was fantastic. I had a very pleasant experience at Port City Kia! Meaghan and Carey were both great to deal with. They were attentive, very responsive, and answered all my questions and concerns! My heart was set on one car, and I was able to drive off in a beautiful K4 gt limited. Thank you to everyone at Kia for making this an easy transition.
Update: Dealership called and agreed that it wasn't great form. I felt heard and I recommended a process change where the owner is consulted. Seems reasonable and just one of those things where someone took some initiative that ultimately wasn't the right thing to do. Rest is up for posterity. Warning for EV owners: We brought our (BEV) car in for service. It was a few days before we could return to pick it up.
