Amazing customer service! From sales, to service, to parts, and everybody in-between, everyone is so friendly. They truly take the time to listen to you. I've bought three Kia SUVs (a used Sorento, a new Seltos, and a new Sportage) from Port City Kia, and I will gladly purchase another one!
Had engine failure in my Sorento. Took it to the dealer for the first time. They treated me well, and advocated with Kia Canada and replaced the engine. Terrific work and customer service.
Bought a 2025 sorento today and had a great experience during the process with their team! Thanks for the delivery and making it pressure and hassle free.
***Update*** Went to the Moncton KIA (July 28th, 2025) and the didn't fix anything I asked for (key fob and there is a lose bolt in the front passenger door) ------------------------------------ My partner and I bought a 2020 KIA Soul EX from Saint John Kia, and the team there was fantastic. I emailed them a week before we drove down from Moncton. They answered all the question I had at the time(I did do my own research beforehand). I had a very pleasant experience at Port City Kia! Meaghan and Carey were both great to deal with. They were attentive, very responsive, and answered all my questions and concerns! My heart was set on one car, and I was able to drive off in a beautiful K4 gt limited. Thank you to everyone at Kia for making this an easy transition.
