The five stars are exclusively for the staff only. They're highly skilled at what they do and I always appreciate everyone there. However, they are ALWAYS exhausted. I see this as an upper management issue and as much as the baristas deserve all the money, I will not support a business that isn't properly caring about the health and well being of their employees.
