I spend an inordinate amount of time here. I show up same time, same days and simply adore the staff and management. My coffee is always perfect, and I'm always helped with a smile and pleasant conversation. Which, admittedly, can be difficult with me because I have what some might call RBF. But still, I'm treated kindly. They have a loyal customer in me.
Ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with light ice. Got ice and milk instead, barley any matcha in there. Extremely disappointing.
Hannah at PCJ is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I was having trouble with the app and she helped me regardless of being in a rush. Every time I go she is always so kind and respectful!
Big fan of this place! but yall need to clean the ice machine ASAP. ICE has tasted extreamly chemically. Ruined my latte and probs unsafe.
I placed an order through GrubHub and waited for the alert that my food was done. I got the alert and after waiting a few minutes I asked an employee where the GrubHub orders would be. She rolled her eyes and snarkily told me they would be called out with the regular orders and that I was impatient. I waited for twenty minutes and it never came out.
