Going through the drive through this morning ordering a small coffee and the unpleasant girl working the drive through asked me for a tip and I politely said no thank you. She shuts the glass window and says how uncomfortable that was and how rude it is I did not leave a tip, speaking to her other coworkers. Just overall bad experience with this place.
I would say I go decently like 1-2 times a month and normally have a good experience with the drive thru. Their coffee is usually pretty good and there muffins are great butttt…. today was different. I went through the drive thru like normal before school the barista at the drive thru was really nice and sweet but after a little bit of waiting which is normal a man comes to the window and hands me my muffin and basically hits on me saying he’s gets of soon and to wait. I want to give my business to more local coffee shops, but the inconsistency at this location has made it difficult. The location is easy to get to, but the product received is not consistent. I ordered a large sugar-free hazelnut latte, when I received it, the cup was lukewarm and when I popped the lid open, it was 75% full (picture below). I unfortunately did not have time to go into the store to bring to a manager’s attention due to being late for work.
Great neighborhood coffee shop. I wish they would turn down the music. That's my only complaint. Also hope they replace the outdoor furniture by Spring.
The customer service is always good but every time we’ve gotten something to drink here it’s not good. the lattes, the matcha, the smoothies all have not been good at all.
