I try my best to support local businesses and was really happy with Port City Fence and Deck. We really didn't like the deck that came with the house, which we bought almost 10 years ago, and wanted to replace it with a staircase to open up the backyard. Carlos found a better solution, which was to convert the deck into a staircase - a simpler and more cost-effective solution. I can't rate the quality of fence and install, just the experience of getting an estimate and attempting to move forward with fence install. They came out to give an estimate, I had to email to request it after they came out I responded with a couple questions before moving forward, took days to hear back. I again had to reach out. They clearly didn't want my business, so we went with a different company, and it turns out it was a blessing in disguise.
Port City Fence did an amazing job! They were very professional from start to finish and made the whole process easy. The team was on time, worked efficiently, and the quality of the fence turned out perfect.
