My son’s initial visit was a great experience. The dentist took her time, was thorough, and made him feel comfortable and heard. Unfortunately, his follow-up appointment was very different. The dentist seemed rushed and didn’t provide the same level of care or attention. When my son mentioned that he was experiencing pain, he didn’t feel like his concerns were truly listened to or addressed. I have been a patient of Dr. Jillian Wolsey’s practice for over 12+ years. She sets a warm and professional atmosphere into which you step for your dental needs and care. From the office staff who greet you to the hygienist , other professional staff, as well as Dr. Wolsey you are excellent hands as they provide high-quality dental care. She is well trained and keeps up with the trends and best practices in the dental field.
We were so hesitant to leave our hometown and join a new dentist office in our new city. But our dentist is so multiculturally appropriate,wise, personable, hilarious and her staff is equally the same. We have been super pleased with their services. Their care décor professionalism and laughter is like none other. I a highly recommend having your family be a part of their office.They're amazing!
We've been using this office for 11 years now & are very happy with their services . I'm impressed with the professionalism of all the employees . Dr. Jillian is as good as they come especially considering how so many people on the Nextdoor site complain about other dental business office practices . In my experience , Port City does not push the patients toward expensive procedures unless it's necessary . Plus they do what they can to keep the bill affordable .
