Late in the evening just prior to going to bed. I let my dog out as I do every night. I opened the door to call her two minutes later and she didn’t come back. So I got my shoes on and a flashlight and went outside. I heard a yelp. Ran in that direction and found that she had encountered a porcupine. I called the clinic. They got me in immediately. Front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly, Dr. Boddy was FANTASTIC! Straight to the point, knowledgeable and very kind to my senior kitty.
I had to put my 4 year old tabby, Izzy down this morning, unexpectedly. I cannot say how wonderful the staff were. I am so thankful we have the Emergency hospital for our pets here in Saint John. Thank you for your compassion.
Over charged me for an emergency C section she had a baby stuck inside of her that wouldn't come out. They charged me Over three grand for them to do nothing at all. Took my pet killed her they dident evin try to help. Refused me to help in the back for a scan as my cat trusted me and Noone els. My baby is now gone because of this horrible place. The people show no sympathy and give no saport. 2 years later there trying to get 400$ out of me called my number asking for money but dident say who they where calling for. Scammer... read more
