I just received an invitation to review my experience. It was frustrating and terrible. We were aware that the center did triage to care for those pets needing immediate care; however; it became possible that precedence was also given to those whose could accumulate the higher bill(?) We kept getting passed over by pet owners walking in much later than us who wanted their pet to have an MRI or whose owners wanted their dog to spend a few nights being boarded and evaluated (as in the case of one dog).
