I recently needed my home elevator serviced. Port City's technician determined that I needed a motor replacement. I agreed to the quote and the motor was ordered. In hindsight, I should have gotten another quote. Motor took about two weeks to come in. (i had to call them several times to schedule the install after already paying for the motor in advance).
