Highly recommended for maintenance of your residential elevator. Our 25-year-old elevator was performing intermittently over our three floors. Our normal elevator maintenance service recommended complete replacement. Port City quoted us a new one but also gave us a second opinion on repair. Their service manager was able to diagnose our problem within an hour. He quickly repaired an out of alignment door switch and also found a programming problem in the elevator response. We will probably have to replace in next year or so ... read more
I can’t speak on their services but I can speak on the employees. Leaving work I got two flat tires and pulled into their parking lot to wait on my ride. While I waited about 8 different employees stopped and asked if I needed anything, needed any help, or asked if they could do anything for me. When you’re stuck in an unfamiliar place in the dark that means alot.
I heard Port City was recently purchased ? Who bought them and what will change with service etc ?
I am so impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness provided by PCE! If you need service in a jiff and want to know safety and security are priority, give them a call!
