Excellent installation crew. Service is great. Local project manager communicates regularly. Product looks really nice installed.
We recently had Port City install an elevator in our beach house on Oak Island. It was a fantastic experience. From the first salesperson we met to the final installation. This project couldn’t have been completed in a more professional manner. The installers, Matt Pierce and Justin Tameiz were absolutely incredible. Their combined knowledge was outstanding. I had my new elevator installed in August of 2024. Less than a year later it made a loud grinding noise and slowed down while going up. I called port city elevator and they said they are booked up for several day. If I wanted after hours service it would cost me $225 per hour, because despite being under warranty after hours service is not covered. This elevator is the only way between my living area and garage/laundry without going outside of the house. I have three small children and this is a huge inconvenience. Up until ... read more
