Excellent service and friendly staff
Great service at Ford with Hervey Bay Auto Group. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was straightforward from drop‑off to pick‑up.
They do not deserve any stars,the worst service i have ever experienced, extremely expensive, added on charges at will ,doubled original diagnostic charge. The list goes on ,do not go to this service centre.
I recently purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-30 Astina from Jon D at Hervey Bay Autos Hervey Bay. It has been 23 years since my last car purchase and as a Brisbane based buyer, I was initially unsure about purchasing remotely. Jon went above and beyond throughout the whole process, including arranging the vehicle to be dropped off at a mechanic for an independent inspection.
