For a big expensive carwash, it really doesn't do the best at getting everything off your car. On top of that why is it such a pain to use the self service payment kiosk? What's the point of it if someone comes out to my car every time I pull up? A woman who works here came up and said I can't get the 13 dollar wash without the app...ok???
