What the heck is with charge drive around fees,, ford does not do that or Firestone ?? plus shouldn't guess at what's wrong costing customers extra money , people work really hard for their money ,, taking advantage of others and overcharging people is wrong and its stealing ,, the good lord knows what u do ,, should b honest not greedy
