Excellent customer service
The experience we had while trying to purchase a boat from this company was extremely disappointing. We were traveling from Vancouver and made every effort to coordinate around their availability. After placing a $500 deposit on the boat, we scheduled a Saturday water test that worked for both parties. A recent experience with Port Boat House in Alberni and the Service Manager Kyle has made me write this review. The quality, professionalism and mechanical work is very poor quality. I contacted the Service Manager to address the issue, they were unwilling to stand behind their work or correct the problem. They dismissed the issue and refused to take responsibility. Base on the experience with Port House and lack of accountability I can’t and won’t recommend Port Boat House.
