I visited this shop to change my summer tires back on Oct-2025, and they broke an air pressure sensor in one of my tires. They didn't take responsibility and said that it was broken before. I tried many times to try to find an amicable solution, they didn't solve the problem, and I had to go to another shop to pay $230 to solve the issue. This was totally irresponsible on their end, and will not recommend them at all.
My go to mechanics for all my auto needs from oil changes to changing winters tires. Their hours are very convenient. 8a.m to 8p.m They are hard working and honest. As a woman, I feel very safe. I have been coming here for over 20 years Use Port Auto with confidence!!
Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The prices were extremely unreasonable, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
These guys are always available and have fair prices.
