Tried calling another vet in Whyalla called 6 times and they kept hanging up on me, as that's where I live, so I called the vet in Port Augusta, and got a lovely young lady, answered all my questions very politely, and got my new puppy booked in hassle free for all her shots, so I will now Drive almost an hour away to Port Augusta for my puppy to see the vet there, customer service is everything to me.

hi, to whoever is reading this i am in school and i want to try having an opportunity to do work experience for a week at this vet the only issue i have is i am not familiar with the place haven't had much experience going there, so this will be a new place to me would this place be good for work experience?
Thanks to this amazing vet clinic my beautiful kittens can recover. I live 100ks away from a vet and it’s very hard to get help for sick pets, so I rang this clinic and the reception ladies were so lovely and caring, they were booked out until next week but suggested if I sent a video of my sick cat David the amazing vet would look at the symptoms and prescribe the medication which he did and I drove down and picked it up. I’m so very grateful that they were caring enough to fit me in. Thank you so much.
