We’re heading up north and needed our car (Ford Ranger) to be checked when a light popped up on the dash. Mazda helped us super quickly so that we could get back on the road, very appreciative!! Thanks guys
Travelled back from Leigh Creek to Port Augusta Mazda due to an oil leak under the bonnet, diagnosed & fixed that very afternoon. As if that wasn’t enough good service, we then found ourselves stuck in the same spot 4 days later with a whistling noise. Contacted Pt Augusta Mazda, drove down for a diagnose, once again we’ve had great service, Turbo Inter cooler had a hole in the bottom of the hose, replaced & on our way again. Very understand and not rushed on making decision on new car.
The young guy in the service department couldn't have been more unhelpful if he tried. We had inadvertently flattened our car battery the previous night (our fault) and a guy with a battery pack got us going. All good. However our key fob then didn't work properly and wouldn't lock, unlock the car. Drove the 390km (we were going through Port Augusta anyway) and called in to see if anyone knew how to fix it as we are still a month from going home.
