North East Isuzu was great. We could unhitch our caravan and wait while they serviced our car. Super friendly as well, oh and the coffee was good in the waiting room.
Great expereince purchasing through Northeast Port Augusta Isuzu, working with Chandra. I was purchasing from a distance with Chandra providing flexibility with a virtual tour, plus unforeseen circumstances resulted in change of pickup date which he was able to accomodate easily. It was a hassle free process and I would do it again for a future purchase.
We purchased a vehicle on the Thursday before Easter, needing to travel several hours, inspect and purchase the same day. There were some logistics challenges but Chandra helped us negotiate these smoothly. We're very happy with our new vehicle.
Chandra was fantastic! He helped us find exactly the car we had been looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was also very proactive in keeping us updated throughout, especially while arranging the car from Adelaide. We’ll definitely be using North East Auto Group again in the future and would highly recommend Chandra for anyone looking to purchase a ute!
Very unhappy with the service and communication from staff. Told us vehicle would be ready and it was. Staff talking over us not understanding or empathy towards customers.
