5 months ago I had a blown head gasket in my MU-X. Very unusual, and the dealership was unable to give me a satisfactory quote even after 4 days, but charged me too much for providing the limited quote. A local engineering firm came to my rescue and did a great job at a good price. The Isuzu is running and towing great again. As many people will tell you: after the warrantee period, don't go to the dealership if you have mechanical problems that requires a specialist.
It was great the the young fella whom did the work to our motorhome was great took longer than expected but otherwise 4/5
I gave a 5 star as very happy with the service done on my car from the mechanic. But disappointed that I didn't get the courtesy car which I booked. The mechanic went above & beyond by giving me his personal car to use to keep me happy. What a top guy.
Today we picked up our new Isuzu Mux, Thank you Chandra for your excellent service you went above and beyond to get the car ready for us to pick up today. Also making sure you gave us the best deal as we didn’t have a good trade in for you, but you did make a few phone calls and found a buyer for us. Something you didn’t have to do, we were well looked after.
I appreciate the high quality of service Vinoshan and Isuzu have given me as well as ending up with a great outcome of solving the problem with our truck I believe Vinoshan gave me the best customer support and experience that I’ve received in a very long time and highly recommend to anyone with any truck issues to contact him as nothing is to much trouble for him Once again thanks to Vinoshan and north east Isuzu Port Augusta Rob McCarthy Yalpara station
