I recently purchased Landcruiser from Northeast Port Augusta. Dealt with Chandra, he was very easy to deal with and made the process a completely stress free , test drove the car and purchased on the same day. Big thank you to Chandra to make this possible on the same day. I highly recommend to go and see Chandra for your next car purchase.
The staff, went out of their way to assist in getting our vehicle back on the road. Despite the difficulty in sourcing parts from interstate.
10, I felt the mechanic did a brilliant job problem solving and fixing our issue. Also the lady in reception was helpful, friendly and kept us up to date communicating what was happening g with our van. So very happy , couldn't fault the service anywhere.
5 months ago I had a blown head gasket in my MU-X. Very unusual, and the dealership was unable to give me a satisfactory quote even after 4 days, but charged me too much for providing the limited quote. A local engineering firm came to my rescue and did a great job at a good price. The Isuzu is running and towing great again. As many people will tell you: after the warrantee period, don't go to the dealership if you have mechanical problems that requires a specialist.
It was great the the young fella whom did the work to our motorhome was great took longer than expected but otherwise 4/5
