took my car in for an assessment in September, in which they said it would take 3 weeks to send the photos to my insurance for approval. So I waited my 3 weeks and called them on the 13th October to find out, receptionist said she’d call me back. On the 15th of October I called again and the receptionist gave me the date of the 10th of December to bring my car in for the work, she even gave me the time “bring in just after 9am”. They fixed my car door, excellent job
AVOID AND TAKE YOU CAR TO ADELAIDE FOR BETTER SERVICE. Booked my car in February for assessment. Took 5 weeks to assess and send to my insurance. Insurance immediately accepted. I then waited another month or so to be given a date to repair. The date they came out with was months later in July. My date finally comes around for repairs. I arrive with my car only to be told that they haven't ordered parts yet and they wouldn't be able to get the parts in for another 5 months. The repairs to my car are perfection. They also washed my car and blacked the tyres. I wasn't expecting that at all! They've gone that extra step which was a pleasant surprise. I certainly recommend them.
