This place smells like moth balls . It's horrible. Will not be staying here again.
We arrived at the condo after a very long exhausting night and morning of travel, only to discover dead bed bugs on the floor near one of the beds. As is my standard practice, I conducted a thorough inspection for bed bugs before bringing any of our belongings inside. I called to report the issue and was told someone would be sent within the hour to verify. However, no one arrived for 2.5 hours, and when they finally did, they confirmed the presence of bed bugs.
