I would give 0 stars if possible. I planned a birthday trip to Port Aransas at Port A Escapes for 5/22/5/25/2026 with my family. The National Weather Service issued a flood watch during those dates. I am a right below-the-knee amputee and my mobility is limited. I requested a refund or to reschedule to another date and the host manager refused. Traveler beware. They are not responsive. We asked about the WiFi information at the pool area, and they responded the day we had to check out (two days later). Additionally, if you say there, make sure you triple check that you have packed all your personal belongings, as if you leave anything, you will never get it back. They are not responsive to your guests' needs and struggle to manage client expectations and guests' needs. They are a very transactional company; it is all about your money versus guest experiences.

I've rented the tiny bungalows that are located in Spanish Village from Port A Escapes going on a few years now. I've always enjoyed my stay and more than that, I enjoy the level of customer service that this agency provides to their renters.
Before I relocated to the area, I used Port A Escapes to book a visit. They helped me find the perfect dog-friendly property. They were friendly and helpful and dedicated to finding us the perfect spot. I am very pleased with the service I received from them and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area. Rates are very reasonable and they will treat you well.
