I think I've been here one too many times, most often for emergencies with my gall bladder. Each time, the staff and nurses were amazing. My pain levels can go from 0 to 100 fairly quickly and they were always quick to getting me the pain relief I needed so I could communicate better. I've never felt insecure or scared while in their care, something that often happens whenever I visit and or enter a hospital/medical center. The staff and doctors are the best With doctor and nurse shortages I have always been able to get a appointment We seem to take our health care for granted and sure its not the best system but with the times we live in they work very hard for us They always do their best to care for your ailments Overall I am very happy with their services and they deserve to be appreciated more for all the hard work they do for our community.
Was in for a routine blood draw last week . The entire staff was so incredibly knowledgeable , professional and extremely friendly and happy to help . This small , community health center , is a shining light for the North Island and more specifically , Port Alice . Thank you all for your service to our community and for your ongoing hard work .
