My dog wasn’t well so I booked an appointment with Dr. Thomas. I explained the symptoms (including strong-smelling breath) but he laughed instead of taking it seriously, and gave no clear advice or next steps, which I found very unprofessional. Thankfully, the receptionist Michael and the nurse were much more helpful and supportive, and on a previous visit Dr. Samantha Roger was excellent — professional, caring, and thorough. The clinic overall is good, but my experience with Dr. Thomas was very disappointing.
I changed vets to try something new for my anxious dog. They were extremely helpful and lovely and I am very happy I went there.

I highly recommend Port Adelaide Vet for puppy school. Our experience with Michael, who leads the puppy training classes, was exceptional. His extensive knowledge, caring approach, and practical teaching style made us feel comfortable and well-equipped to train our puppy. We learned invaluable skills and gained a deeper understanding of how to care for our new family member. Thanks again Michael!
