Hands down, Port-a-John in Shreveport has some flat out winners working for them. I’ve used them in the past and will continue to because of people like Michael. You would think he was delivering a $20,000 appliance instead of a crapper. Michael, if you ever want to get out of the Port-a-John delivery business, you have a job at my company any day. Give that dude a raise.
5 stars for Mr. Chris (CT) he gives us great service and communication @ the Calumet site. He was off one day and his replacement didn't empty our tank or give us any water. Thank you Chris for taking care of us. We appreciate your hard work and service!!! Axios Industrial
Port-A-John in Shreveport has great customer service. I've been using them for 10+ years for the Shreveport Mardi Gras parades. Everything is so clean. They are easy to with with. Great prices.
Amazing! The service was Professional and family oriented. I did not have any issues from the first call until delivery. Everything was as promised and the delivery guy ( I’m sorry I did not get his name) went over and beyond to ensure the delivery was complete. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.
Terrible service! Paid for weekly service .called and was told wld clean on tues Missed two wks in a row. Calledon fri was told wld be extra fee to clean. Thatday! I said even tho you missed two wks in a row! Told te: to come get it! Theysaid they cldnt get to the toilet to clean. All they had. To do is walk inside hm u der constr an ask someone to move! All else do that an subs move! They then sent a gal out on fri,who walkedthe toilet to the st,cleaned and loaded by herself! Same happened on last jobsite with this company!... read more
