Rented a boat, check in process was chaotic and disorganized. Instructions were non existent, map was missing, depth finder was not working correctly.
Not a business that the city of Marco Island should be proud of. During difficult times of a hurricane, they could have made exceptions of letting you pay a daily storage rental ( whatever price may be ) but instead, they force you to pay a $2500 yearly membership for just a one time storage during a major hurricane. This is not showing appreciation for the citizens of Marco Island. Greedy business. Meanwhile, U-Haul is offering 1 month free storage for Florida residents..
