unprofessional management
Please be aware that if your boat is stored at the Marco Island marina, that they may not put it in the water at your request. More than once, we've called hours ahead, to get our boat in the water, only to be told they can't do it. And another beautiful boating day, ours sits on the shelf and we are denied usage. This is unacceptable! Part of the reason is that they need both lifts operating, yet one has been out of service for a long time. No, I would not recommend this marina.
