Expect problems. Moved in and stove was a problem. Then immediately the washer/dryer was broken for 5 MONTHS. (Even with wash receipts they didn't refund us) Then the dryer broke. Oh don't forget the occasional dirty bath water that comes out brown. Over priced for area, and size of rental. Be warned it's a REALLY LOUD building. Neighbors, play music at 3-4am, throw non stop parties so you can't work, even watch tv in the building. People smoking/drinking in the halls.
