HONEST mechanic!! It's hard to find an honest mechanic, especially today and we found one with Porschworks. Olta put us first over money. The experience we went thru with other mechanics when they heard the word "Porsche" was scary. When they hear the word Porsche they think money, money, money. Not here with Olta and Porschworks. The work was excellent and she was so fair and kept us informed every step of the way, including sending videos of the work. Now that is priceless!
I recently bought a car in January and noticed a vibration in the driving and brake pedal, as well as a noise coming from the rear end. I brought it back to the dealer and my car was taken to PorschWorks. After a short time there, the issue was diagnosed quickly and with confidence. It needed an entirely new rear differential.. scary news to hear for a new car owner. However PorschWorks ordered the diff, and replaced it in less than 5 days. Came in for for a checked engine light and my window wasn’t going up. They changed the regulator which did not fix it. And they charged me for a new set of 02 sensors. The light was still on. At the end it was an exhaust leak which I ended up fixing my self by tightening the bolts. That was it. The exhaust flange was an inch away from the 02 sensors they just decided not address the cheaper solution. And the window still doesn’t work properly.
