I was overly happy with professionalism and courtesy by the dealership. Service manager Elliot personally called me and explained service needed. My 2005 911 cab is running like a new car. I highly recommend service at this new facility.
The service staff at Porsche was terrific. They accepted my car at 5 pm on a Wednesday and spent 3 days testing and driving the car to be sure it was ok. They then delivered it to my home. AND ALL AT NO CHARGE. I had purchased my car there (when the dealership was in Larchmont) but it is 5 years old and out of warranty. Great way to build customer loyalty.
