Advisor was delayed for my appointment. He told me the service would take an hour to 1.5 hours. Instead, I waited for three hours and had to ask another advisor to check on the status; only to find out that my keys were placed with the wrong paperwork and had been completed for a while.
I have been working with Thomas Shin for sometime now to buy my dream car. Thomas is excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, not pushy at all and provided great insight into the whole process. From the time we placed the order until I received the car, Thomas was with me every step of the way. Very patient and very responsive. Thank you Thomas!
Jordan is very good.. one of the best service reps i have ever dealt with. But the black African intake porters communication skill always irritates me. He does not understand my Texas accent and I can barely understand him. Actual car service was spot on.
Cody was taking care of my service requests and it got done in good time consideration getting parts is not always easy these days.
Service quality, instant response, hospitality inside and outside of the dealership, prompt service performance, and thoughtful consideration for the customer are excellent. I highly recommend this dealership service center for those who are driving lovely Porsche!!
