Positive experience. I was greeted upon arrival. Advisor explained me the service details. Comfortable waiting area. Porsche West Houston also offered better pricing compared to other dealership in the area.
Long wait on Friday,over 3 hours and then diagnostic was not communicated until I made contact on Monday.I was hesitant to use my car over the weekend which proved very inconvenient. I was given apologies for the inconvenience.
My service rep. Daniel was awesome took great care of me and my car needs, only hiccup was there was no loner car as agreed. But quickly got me a ride back to my destination and would retrieve when it is ready for pickup
Cody was very helpful and communication was great.
Bought new car. Great experience. My salesman was Joseph Kim and he was exceptional. Surprisingly they also have huge selection of used exotics!
