So far my experience has not been up to expectations, especially with a brand like Porsche. I brought my 25 Boxster S (~3700 miles) in for some rattles in the engine Bay Area that were abnormal, a coolant fault code, and other small minor things under warranty (speaker, etc.). Was called to pick the car up after almost a week, saying the service tech or manager could not hear the rattles or speaker issues, rattles still present and I was not given a copy of the diagnostic report for the code the engine threw despite my reque... read more

As a owner of a 5 star vehicle, you become accustomed to 5 star service. Checkered Flag Porsche service delivers. Honest, efficient, quality service. I brought my car in for service only to be told by the technician, my car already received that particular service so here's the recommended new service. Now that's honesty you can trust.
