This is a beautiful dealership. Just a nice place to hang out while your car is being serviced. And, I don’t doubt that the work is performed at a high level. But, the 3% surcharge for using a credit card is a ridiculous money grab. I’ll be looking for other options the next time I need service.
I’m very disappointed with the way this Porsche dealership handled a hood dent issue on my vehicle. I recently brought my Porsche in for service. When I picked up the car afterward, I noticed a clear dent on the hood that was not present before drop-off. The dent had vertical scratch marks, which do not match the typical pattern of a rock hit.
