Great team work
It's somewhat nerve wracking to buy a car online sight unseen, but the folks at Porsche Sugar Land were fantastic from start to finish. Super friendly and helpful with communications for all the updates. Shout out to Andrea and and Ruth for making the long distance purchase so smooth. I even received the car the very next day after it shipped in covered carrier (Houston area to Colorado Springs). The car was even nicer in person than in the pics and videos. My future purchases may only be with Porsche Sugarland!
The epitome of Southern Hospitality, and just the kind of experience you'd hope to receive from a top tier Porsche dealership. I had to replace one of my Cayennes which was totaled, found one at Sugarland via the PCNA locator, and about a week later the replacement was sitting in my driveway---all at a very competitive price to non-branded dealers who are still stuck in the 2000's bait-and-switch mentality. The Staff is great and very welcoming. Matt, my service advisor was great as well. Got all of my needs taken care of. And even though I didn't get much done. They even had my car washed for me.
