I just left Porsche Sugar Land. I waited for an hour to get information on a vehicle. When I went to ask the receptionist at the desk about the car salesman who never showed up, she didn't remember what car I had inquired about, so I just left. What a waste of time. I'm very frustrated that she was not helpful or attentive.
UNBELIEVABLE... FROM START TO FINISH!! I have been driving Porsche for 25 years and hands down the best service experience ever!!! From the Porters Sam and Cohen, my Service Agent Philip, Barista Host Mike, to the Men of the Year; Service Manager Willie and Technician Carlos. Porche sugarland was welcoming from when we walked in at the coffee bar to the end when we closed the deal. Haans was very helpful to find the best car that fits our criteria and budget and worked with us to make a fair deal!
