Patrick Fontaine, our service advisor was cheerful, helpful and customer orientated. He gave us a Taycan 4S as a loaner which really surprised me. . I was amazed at how different the drive was compared to our Taycan4. I feel our Taycan4 is much more enjoyable. It has several features we really like that were missing on the 4s.
