Great service department with great customer service.
Brought our Macan in for a reverse camera recall, and without asking, the nice folks at the dealership buffed out a scrape on the rear bumper and cleaned and vacuumed everything for free. Great service, and wonderful dealing with our contact Troy Corriere, who’s been very responsive and even scheduled Ubers for pickup and drop off for us :)
Great Porsche dealer in the Bay Area. I have installed a Porsche dashcam. The service fee was not cheap but we all knew it was for a Porsche. Considering that it included a loaner car, it might be reasonable. Service agents are very friendly. Thank you John for your help!
