A wonderful customer service experience from Jimmey service department. I have many cars but Porsche service is the best among others.
Very good, thorough, effective service. Took he time to analyze issue and resolved it (making sure before I picked up the car). They are sometimes booked out a bit in advance, but a small price to pay for quality work. The technician really take the time to troubleshoot all, and with you. John in the service dept is great!
Service was great, I had one recall items to do on my Taycan and also did wheel rim repair pretty quicjly. And then they washed the car. Would recommend service after Stevens Creek for their courteous, quick, and quality service for all your Porsche needs.
