Had a recall on my car and Porsche Canada sent me numerous emails asking me to stop driving the vehicle, email was sent to me back in October, 2024, since I was not driving my car, I decided to book an appointment end of February to come in on April to have this recall done, when I booked the appointment over the phone, I requested a loaner vehicle (even Porsche Canada advised me that the service center will provide me with a loaner), however, the appointment coordinator refused to give me a loaner vehicle, the only option i... read more

Just learned that Bailey, the delightful little dog that Ms Carr used to bring to work on Fridays, is no longer allowed to come to the dealership with her on Fridays. Apparently a dog problem at another dealership resulted in a blanket dog ban across the country’s Porsche dealers. Too bad such a friendly little dog like Bailey gets caught in the crossfire rather than Porsche Canada taking a more sensible approach on a case-by-case basis decided by individual dealers.
