Got my annual check up and oil change done. Overall experience was pleasant and very professional about doing their business. However, I got a qouted to fix the hood strut for $475. The struts are literally $25 for a pair at Amazon and it's clip on installation, sort of like installing windshield wipers. My expertise of hand skills are pretty much limited to changing a light bulb or replace a toilet paper. And I got both struts installed less than 3 mins because it's literally a clip on. Staff is always great and take care of their customers. I have been coming here for 5 yrs for yearly service. I sometimes hang out in the waiting area which is great and even better post-renovations. Otherwise i get loaner. One time i had to wait a little longer than expected, and they bought me a Starbucks for the trouble. They usually get the work done in a timely manner however and are good at communicating. Love chatting with the staff as they are car people. I’ve been to this dealer’s service department twice and both times they returned my car to me without the service done that they said they had done. The first time I paid $1,000 for annual service (oil change) only to have the car returned with the battery cover completely removed and empty windshield washing fluid — an item specifically listed on the invoice for an annual service.
