The front desk staff was incredibly kind, going out of their way to arrange a loaner vehicle (a Macan) without any hassle, and I truly appreciated their warmth and understanding. I had them perform annual maintenance, a recall and a warranty repair. The care from the team is top notch as was the service. Will be back for future maintenance and service.

Neill was great! They are very courteous and pay attention to detail.
Recall repair was performed. When our vehicle was returned by the porter, there were several scratches to the drivers side door that were not previously there. Both we and the return porter took pics and we left several messages regarding this issue with the dealership regarding this issue, but we have yet to hear back. Hopefully we will hear back soon in order to resolve this matter.
