Unusual problem w ignition. The part was shipped asap and problem solved in a timely manner. My service manager stayed in close touch w me so I knew what to expect. All my experiences at this dealership have been excellent.Top rate care all the way around.
A pothole on NB 405 damaged my RF tire and was not repairable. Brevan was able to take my 718 in same day & recommended a 4 way wheel alignment. The car drives like nothing ever happened and have a nice clean car inside and out thanks to NSP & Brevan.
You have recently added a 1.75% service charge for using credit cards. This was a surprise and recommend that you discontinue this practice. Allowing your customers to use credit cards is a convenience for them and merchants, not the customer, should bear cost of providing this payment option.
Breven was good. The price was much better than the other dealership in town. Service was prompt and the car was washed. I would love to work with him again.
Breven Campbell is the best advisor, he greets you immediately and always knows my name and has reviewed what services my 2023 Cayenne GTS is due for. He always lets you know up front how much time the services are going to take. The service technician sends you a video of your car and inspection report.
