This service center is terrible. Bring your business to Bellevue Porsche instead. I live in Lynnwood so I decided to try them out. I called and spoke to the service department to see if they can add oil on my Cayenne GTS since the level is showing low oil alert. I was told I can simply drove by and they will do it for me, "no problem."
