What a great experience! Really nice showroom and amazing cars on display. Everyone from the salesman to the finance manager was helpful, patient, and professional. They worked with us to make a deal. This is how a dealership should be run.
Bought a used BMW from here, and the whole experience is exactly how a car buying experience should be. Great sales, finance, and front desk staff. Everyone was beyond friendly and accommodating. Exceptional buying experience. 5 star+++. My sale rep Jackson was awesome as well as their finance manager Allen. And then there was the service advisor I met who answered all my questions. In the past, I purchased 4 Porsches from Bellevue. When Auto Nation took over Barrier Porsche, overall experience (sales and service) went down to a point I started purchasing BMWs from various dealerships. Recently bought a car from here, after flying there and expecting to drive the car back 16 hours, turns out they either did a poor safety inspection or didn’t do one at all. Left front strut leaking causing it to clunk and the ride was horrible, the rear spoiler was loose and hanging on by a thread. They had an incompetent tech take a look at it while I’m signing the papers which made no help.
