Impossible to get a hold of (literally hung up on me four times in a row), have attitude on the phone, never have a loaner, I've waited 45+ min just to be greeted at the department before, and are overall extremely unhelpful and unprofessional compared to any other Porsche dealership/service department I've experienced. 10/10 would recommend taking the time to get to go to Porsche West Lake (1000% better).
