I really enjoy coming here. All the service people are so kind and not in an off-putting way at all. Michelle shook my hand as I left. That meant a lot to me. I am usually hesitant walking into dealer service centers but have never felt self-conscious or worried, visiting this one. They aren't pushy about repairs, and don't try to upcharge me. They are clear and direct about future repairs that may be needed to let me prepare for later.
Overly friendly customer services Rep makes you wonder whether you are being ripped off ? Not sure how much is really done on the vehicle vs what’s being billed? Car services are always confusing to me . You get a bill of the service items and you ask yourself how honest are car services at the various dealerships. Have they done all the work that they are billing for ?
