Horrible customer service, very incompetent staff. Not porsche level service at all. Go to the Sacramento Porsche, they’re much better.

I really enjoy coming here. All the service people are so kind and not in an off-putting way at all. Michelle shook my hand as I left. That meant a lot to me. I am usually hesitant walking into dealer service centers but have never felt self-conscious or worried, visiting this one. They aren't pushy about repairs, and don't try to upcharge me. They are clear and direct about future repairs that may be needed to let me prepare for later.
