I had a great experience at Riverside Porsche service center. My service advisor William Barbaro was fantastic. Everything went smoothly both at drop off and at pick up.
Dropped off my car for service work and Andrew Villanueva was extremely helpful. He kept me updated the entire time on my car.
Amazing service dept. I dealt with the advisor William Barbaro. the problem was dead AC. another Porsche dealer service dept. could NOT diagnose or fix the problem ... but in riverside Porsche service dept, all diagnostics and repairs were done exactly as they said they would.. good job Porsche riverside.
Henry Quezada was excellent at proving us with the best information on our extended warranty work! He is thoughtful and knowledgeable, we appreciate him as our support staff
