Brought my wife’s Cayenne to Porsche of Riverside for the first scheduled maintenance. Our Advisor Henry Quezada was very professional, nice, courteous and personable. Had a great experience here! Big shoutout to Andrew Villanueva for taking such good care of me. He helped schedule the service for my Taycan Turbo and even arranged a loaner car for me. I had something come up last minute and couldn’t return the loaner on time — Andrew was super understanding about it. Returning the car and wrapping things up was smooth and hassle-free. Once again, service advisor William Barbaro delivered another 5-Star performance. On Friday, the 18th of July 2025, I was leaving the job around 3pm and noticed my rear tire was flat. I went to the dealership to see if they had that tire in stock. William not only found the 1 tire, he squeezed me in SAME DAY to get the tire installed. I was able to get my car checked in and looked at even though I did not have an appointment. My rear tires needed to be replaced, and William Barbaro took care of checking me in and ordering the tires since it was not in stock.
