The person at the cashier had to call the manager when asked about floor mats in stock. 🤣 They do not carry the top items folks buy for their cars, like side markers, ash trays, frunk bins, or floor mats. Do not expect the same level of customer service as you'd get at a Honda or Audi dealership.
APOINTMENTS ONLY. Will not cooperate or communicate with other professional mechanics. Guest wifi does not work. Service is like a nice Honda dealership. Sales is interesting, not in a good way. This dealership is part of the Walters franchise. Dated 90's aesthetic. The dealership feels old. NO LOANERS. You MUST make an appointment.
