I have been a loyal customer of Porsche of Orlando for over 20 years, and have spent thousands of dollars in parts and services. Up until now, I have enjoyed a mutually beneficial business relation. However, recently I had an issue with a battery for one of our vehicles and was appalled at how my grievance was handled.
